Meetings are open to everyone — there is no charge to attend. See directions and details below.
About the meeting:
Companies are realizing that effective product management is a key factor in accelerating growth, though many organizations admit they are far from optimal in this area. World-class product management requires a combination of various factors, including the appropriate roles and structure, best-in-class processes, and support to enable product managers to be effective.
Through extensive research, SiriusDecisions has identified the key elements that create a culture of product management excellence that can drive intelligent growth.
In this session, Jeff Lash will share an overview of the key factors that drive successful product management organizations, show how addressing the key elements of product management excellence can increase the chance of product success, and share examples of how product management leaders can support the upskilling of product management teams and transition to a culture of product management excellence.
