Please join us for the February 2018 meeting of the St. Louis Product Management Group. Given that this meeting is only about a month before ProductCamp St. Louis 2018, we thought it would be good to present a “replay” of a popular session from ProductCamp St. Louis 2017: Nimble Tools for New Product Development with Lois Lewis.

About the meeting:Â In this session many tools for startup product development will be shared straight from an ITEN entrepreneur who has spent the last year working on a new product startup. Concrete examples will be demonstrated for market research, requirements building, team sharing and rapid prototyping. Tools presented include: Owler, NounProject, FreeMind, JoinMe, Reflector, Stories on Board, Google Alerts, Google Trends, PearlTrees, Slack, Trello, Axure, Design Sprints, Stories on Board and others.
About the presenters:
Lois Lewis is the founder and CEO of WandersRV and CoCreateCollective. She is also a frequent partner at AnswerLab where her recent clients include Facebook, Google, Twitter and Etrade. Before starting her own companies she worked for a variety of consulting firms including XperienceLab, Ascendant Technology, and Perficient. As a consultant Lois specialized in enterprise innovation and collaboration. Consulting projects took her inside many different enterprises including Chanel, Harley Davidson, Pepsico, Emerson, BlueCross BlueSheild, and MDAnderson. Lois also spent many happy years building next generation financial tools at Bridge Information Systems (now Reuters). Lois is a graduate of the University of North Florida where she earned her BFA in graphic design and Webster University in St. Louis, MO where she earned both her MA in Interactive Media and her MBA. She is active in local professional organizations and the St. Louis startup community.
About the event
This meeting is part of the weekly Venture Café Gathering at CIC. Every Thursday from 3:00 – 8:00pm, The Venture Café welcomes the innovation community to “a weekly gathering of innovators and startups. A place for serendipitous collisions to occur. Each week there are roundtable discussions, information tables, office hours with thought leaders, and guest speakers relevant to the ecosystem.”
