About the meeting: Challenges with requirements can have a huge impact on product management and new product development. Poorly defined product requirements slow the product design and development stage and increase production costs. Product managers and others who develop requirements (including business analysts and entrepreneurs working directly with development teams) often struggle to ensure they have all of the right requirements and that requirements can be easily understood by others. This presentation will review tools and a process for developing product requirements in an Agile sprint framework. Tools that will be covered include requirements documentation, process diagrams, prototypes, use cases and voice-of-customer research. Following the presentation, attendees will have an adaptable process that can be used to capture, develop, and prioritize product requirements with non-technical stakeholders.
